The newsletter is compiled and sent out every four months – but then some activity crops up between times.  How do we deal with that?

If you have provided your email address, we send out a bulk email.

No email?  Do you have a mobile phone? 

If you have given us your mobile number, we will send out an SMS message; of necessity, this is very brief, because they charge by the letter.

No mobile phone?  We have no quick method of  contacting you between newsletters, so we suggest that you find a Buddy – a club member who is on EXTRAS, and ask them to keep you informed.

If you change your email address, or buy a mobile phone, please remember to contact the Membership Secretary and let them know, so you get added to the EXTRAS list.
